TV Condition Policy & Service Fee 

Clients are responsible for confirming that their TV is in proper working condition prior to installation. It’s not uncommon for TVs to be damaged during transport, particularly after a move. To avoid delays and additional costs, please plug in and test your TV before our team arrives. If the TV is found to be damaged, non-functional, or otherwise unsuitable for mounting at the time of service, a $60 service fee plus any applicable travel fees will apply.

TV Adjustment Service Fee

To ensure we deliver the installation results you expect, clients are responsible for confirming the final TV placement and height at the time of installation with our technician. Our installers will review and confirm your desired placement before completing the job. Please be prepared to approve the height, level, and position at that time.

Post-Installation Adjustment Fee

Requests to adjust the height or placement of a TV after the installation has been completed will incur an additional $89 service charge. This fee covers the technician’s time, travel, and labor associated with a return visit.

This policy ensures efficient scheduling and respects both your time and our team’s expertise. Confirming placement during the initial installation helps avoid any additional service charges.

Rescheduling Policy

We value our clients’ time as well as our own, and we strive to keep scheduling fair and efficient for everyone.

Initial Appointment: The first appointment you schedule is free of any deposit.

Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, a $50 non-refundable deposit will be required to secure the new appointment time. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service once the appointment is successfully completed.

Missed Appointments: If an appointment is missed or canceled due to the fault of the client (e.g., not being available or providing incorrect information), the deposit will be forfeited.

Deposits may be paid by any accepted payment method except checks or PayPal. This policy ensures that our technicians’ time is respected and helps us provide reliable service to all clients.

Payment & Late Fee Policy

Payments are due immediately after services are rendered. All invoice payment terms are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated in writing. A $10 per day late fee will be applied to any unpaid balance every calendar day (not business days) past the original due date until the balance is paid in full.

When submitting payment through third-party apps such as Zelle, Cash App, or other electronic transfer services, clients are solely responsible for entering the correct payment details, including recipient name, phone number, and/or email address. TV Mounting Pro is not responsible for misdirected or failed payments resulting from incorrect entry by the client.

Services and products are considered unpaid until funds are received and confirmed by TV Mounting Pro.
