Sales Event Deposit Policy
A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments booked during sales or promotional events. This deposit will be applied toward your total service cost at the time of installation. If the appointment is canceled for any reason, the deposit will be forfeited and will not be refunded.
TV Condition Policy & Service Fee
Clients are responsible for confirming that their TV is in proper working condition prior to installation. It’s not uncommon for TVs to be damaged during transport, particularly after a move. To avoid delays and additional costs, please plug in and test your TV before our team arrives. If the TV is found to be damaged, non-functional, or otherwise unsuitable for mounting at the time of service, a $40 service fee plus any applicable travel fees will apply.
Payment & Late Fee Policy
All invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated in writing. A $50 late fee will be applied to any unpaid balance every 15 days past the original due date until the balance is paid in full.
When submitting payment through third-party apps such as Zelle, Cash App, or other electronic transfer services, clients are solely responsible for entering the correct payment details, including recipient name, phone number, and/or email address. TV Mounting Pro is not responsible for misdirected or failed payments resulting from incorrect entry by the client.
Services and products are considered unpaid until funds are received and confirmed by TV Mounting Pro.
